French urban climber Alain Robert scaled the 242-meter Federation Tower (one of the highest building in Europe) in the Moskva-City business district. The smooth glass facade of the Federation Tower is too slippery to grip onto but anyway it took Robert just about an hour to reach the top of the Tower. Three russian police officers waited for Roberts on an upper floor and briefly detained him after he reached the top.
