Russian press reported that Madonna requested russian authorities to use Konstantinovsky Palace in Strelna near St.Petersburg for few days in September 2010 for her wedding ceremony with Jesus Luz .(it was also reported that other outstanding musicians like Elton John, Sting, Tina Turner... have been already using the Palace for their events before).
