Belarusian dictator Alyaksandr Lukashenka ( Alexander Lukashenko ) visits Lithuania.Belarus is prepared to establish a dialogue with Lithuanian in all spheres.This is the first visit of Belarus leader to EU country after rigging election results in Belarus and gross violations of human rights when the Belarusian ruler was banned entry to the EU countries.
