The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) summit started in Chisinau, Moldova.The Chisinau CIS summit agenda includes regional forums preparation issues on human integration, security, etc. Meanwhile Russian Vesti TV channel reports that Presidents of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will not attend the event, instead, Prime Ministers of the countries will represent the country leaders.
