Kyrgyz ousted President Kurmanbek Bakiyev gave a press conference in Minsk on June 14, 2010. The interim government of Kyrgyzstan has accused former president Kurmanbek Bakiyev of provoking the violence in order to destabilize the country ahead of a planned constitutional referendum later this month,but Bakiyev issued a statement saying he had played no role in the violence.Bakiyev also called for a Russia-dominated regional security bloc, the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), to send forces to quell unrest in Kyrgyzstan.
