`Legends of Norwegian Vikings` Viking Festival in St.Petersburg, Russia. For three days in May in the area Kronverk fortress turned into a medieval Norse settlement with hiking tents, stadium, shops and stalls of merchants artisans. In the village the Vikings will be acquainted with the life of Norwegians to the early Middle Ages, a stroll along the stalls Scandinavian merchants. Outdoors crafts visitors open their secret masters of braids, knitting beads, carvings and bones, making pottery. The fest offers guests a large-scale spectacle – the reconstruction of fights. On the battlefield at the same time will leave more than 150 soldiers. Viewers will be able to test themselves in various competitions, including tournaments, throwing axes and archery, to take part in the battles with the best wars and win T-shirt Festival.
