Town of Sarov - Arzamas-16 - former secret (closed)town.Arzamas -16 was famous for it`s Nuclear Centre. The founder of Arzamas-16 was soviet physicist Juli Khariton. (Juli Khariton is the main soviet theorist of the creation of soviet nuclear bomb).
