October 03, 2006. Georgian authorities allowed four russian military officers arrested on suspicion of espionage to return to Russia on Monday evening. Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili on Monday ordered that the Russian officers be handed over to representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe ( OSCE ).
