French Court Convicted Israeli-Russian billionaire Arkady Gaydamak (pictured)together with the son of ex-French President Francois Mitterrand, Jean-Christophe Mitterrand and ex-government minister Charles Pasqua for their roles in illegal arms sales to Angola in the 1990s. Arkady Gaydamak was sentenced to six years in his absence. Gaydamak is currently living in Russia, Associated Press reported.

Shtokman Development AG wants to invite more Russian companies to develop the Shtokman Gas Field (one of the world`s largest natural gas fields, lies in the central part of Russian sector of the Barents Sea) said Shtokman Development AG Chief Executive Director Yuri Komarov (pictured) at the press conference in St.Petersburg. Shtokman`s gas is planed to be sold to Europe via the planned Nord Stream pipeline.
