Ukraine Marks 75th Anniversary of Great Famine | ||||||||||||||||||||
The 75th anniversary of Famine ( Holodomor - or Death by Hunger as it is known in Ukraine ) is traditionally marked in Ukraine. The event in Kiev is to commemorate the victims of the artificial hunger, undertaken by the regime of Joseph Stalin within the implementation of the Soviet project.
