Moscow court on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, has suspended the trial of a seriously ill former top manager of Yukos russian oil giant.The court refused to allow Vasily Aleksanyan undergo urgent hospital treatment for Aids and cancer, ruling that he could be treated in jail. Aleksanyan rejects the charges and says he feels he will die in jail.
