Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has suggested amending the constitution. “We must do that in order to stabilize Ukraine,” he told at the press conference in Kiev. “I insist that the parliament must hear my constitutional amendments and refer them to the Constitutional Court. I hope that the Venice Commission will evaluate my constitutional amendments in June,” Yushchenko said.
