The State Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg has opened an exhibition of Swiss stained glass. The collection on display features 70 pieces of colored glass produced by Swiss masters in the 16th-18th centuries. Along with traditional Bible and Gospel subjects the pieces of stained glass show different aspects of the country`s life at that time.
