The leaders of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan arrived in the Black Sea resort of Sochi on Tuesday for a three-day informal summit with President Vladimir Putin. The meeting of the Eurasian Economic Community, an organization aimed at fostering economic cooperation, will focus on energy and customs issues.
